Incredible friendly staff. This is undeniably a very strong point of Hotel Residence Dolcenero. We were blessed to be guests of this hotel for the second time. The accomodation was modern, with sparkly bathroom, brand new furniture and spotlessly clean. Our host, Marco was very welcoming and helpful.He prepared breakfast for us every morning accomodating our needs as vegetarians and even helped us when we had to phone someone who did not speak English.

This was the best stay we have so far ever. Stefania is the nicest person in the world, she was looking after us as we are family. The room was super clean and nice. The pool is clean and big, perfect for kids. The garage for bikes even has a pump and some spares, with possibility to change ebikes. The breakfast was super delicious and Stefania even obtain some gluten free cakes for the children. When we were leaving she even prepared a sandwiches for the trip. If you are on the Alpe Adria this is the best place to stay. If we are coming again we will definitely choose this place. Thank you Stefania you are greatest.

Lovely, comfortable and modern room, very friendly staff who were always smiling and happy to help. The restaurant is fab, breakfast was also really nice with home made focaccia including vegan options. Free parking also appreciated. It's a sustainable hotel that tries to keep emissions low and use local produce. Fantastic hotel, highly recommend!
