The owner and staff are very enthusiastic and helpful. The gentleman greeted us personally and helped us with our luggage. The most important thing is that the recommended pizza place is the best pizza we have ever eaten in our lives! The room facilities are very luxurious, the functions are particularly complete, the scenery is also great, and the location is super good! I liked every single thing of the property. My first good impression started when I confirmed the reservation here and the owner texted me asking about my arrival time, my preferences… it was very very kind. When we arrived in the hotel, Sara received us and explained everything with patience and kindness. She was very very nice! She gave us tips about the city, restaurantes and everything in english because we don’t speak Italian. The room that I stayed is exactly the same as the picture: in front of the Duomo Cathedral - I was completely in love with the view. Now I understood the high score of the property in this app. They worry about the guests and treat you in a very special way. I hardly recommend the property! And the room with a view is special!

Probably best place you can stay in Napoli in that area (it's farther away from the center in isolated mountain grotto with heavy residential area). Was cheap compared to other options for value. Not too far away from city stadium and amazing beach (a few bus/metro stops). Very welcoming owner Alfredo and his colleague Christian give you a lot of useful instructions about the area, good places to eat or visit. Apartment is clean, in good state, it has balcony, great shower and kitchen. This is first hotel/apartment I've been where there were ear cleaning sticks :) Breakfast you need to do yourself, however owner gives leaves you as a surprise a handful assortment of stuff to make pasta, coffee, biscuits, etc. Fantastic terrace on top of the building with a lot of space - we had a few cozy sunset evenings there. Location is far from center, however metro line is quite close (10 min walking).
