Very clean. Easy access without the need to directly connect with the owner. We were able to enter with codes and keys. That said, the owner was available to us and gave us detailed instructions on the morning of our arrival. There is a bakery, restaurant (the property owner’s), and a market in the small town. The property was also extremely clean.

Casapaletti is a pleasant, inviting and inspiring place to be, to enjoy, to relax and to stay longer. Our stay lasted six days and it was still too short for Casapaletti. Our faboulous host Andrea is an outstanding cook and showed us every day how to celebrate, to discuss and enjoy the art of cooking and preparing the food and beverages of Monferrato combined with some greetings from Tuscany. Every single course was prepared with heart and soul, with experience and excellence, with tradition and surprise. We felt like being at home at Caterina's and Andrea's. I cannot speak highly enough of La Cantinetta - our stay there was simply amazing! We booked both apartments and were blown away by the warm welcome we received from the hosts, Roberto and Donatella. They were incredibly kind and hospitable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. In addition to the wine tasting, Roberto and Donatella prepared a beautiful dinner for us - it was a truly special experience. And to top it all off, Roberto even played the piano! It's clear that they go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and at home. We also had the opportunity to explore Roberto's private art gallery, which was both impressive and eccentric - a true reflection of his unique personality and passions. Of course, the real star of the show at La Cantinetta is the wine - it was truly exceptional. The breakfast was also outstanding - fresh and delicious, and a perfect way to start each day. The apartments themselves were immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could have needed. We felt completely comfortable and at ease during our stay. And the view from the apartments is absolutely breathtaking - the rolling hills of Monferrato transported us to another world. I cannot thank Donatella and Roberto enough for their incredible hospitality - we will definitely be back as soon as our wine supply runs out! If you're looking for a warm, welcoming, and unforgettable stay in the heart of Italy's wine country, look no further than La Cantinetta.
