We were upgraded to a comfortabele room with sea view. Nice bathroom with shower. Good breakfast and a reserved parking space in front of the hotel. Location is in center of Rapallo: shops, restaurant, boulevard and beach all within minutes walking distance

I very much liked that due to low season we were offered a free upgrade and got a spacious room with a balcony. I also liked the historical furniture and decorations. They are old and sometimes imperfect but still create an ambience. The breakfast area overlooks the small bay of Rapallo and is very beautiful. The selection of breakfast foods was good, even though somewhat smaller than in other five-stars. Perhaps due to the low season (but the price was also lower than in other five-stars). Salmon, melon were present as well as custom-made omelette (but you need to ask the waiter for it, otherwise you will not know that such possibility exists). There is an outdoor swimming pool overlooking the Mediterranean sea which is open during the day and seems to be free of charge for all hotel guests.

We really liked our stay here, even though we could only book for one night. Lucia is very welcoming and showed us everything in the apartment. It has everything you need, it was really clean and cosy. There is a lovely balcony where you can sit and eat. A great place to walk to Rapallo's centre and seafront. We hope to return another time. This is a lovely apartment. It is clean, comfortable and has everything you might need. The host added extra touches, like some wine, pastries and meats, which were very much appreciated after travelling all day. The apartment has two double beds but as we were travelling with two older children we also used the double sofa bed which was incredibly comfortable and very easy to fold away and pull out. The host was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions promptly. Showers were great. The pool was busy, clean and there was a life guard on duty at all times when the pool was opened. The main selling point of this lovely apartment is the breathtaking view. I could have sat on the balcony admiring it forever.

    The house is beautiful, has a garden and comfortable rooms, the host is very kind and friendly. Free parking is also available, but this free parking is a problem because many people park their cars in this parking lot and walk to the beach, even though it is 1 km away on foot. Very late in the evening, people who have drunk a lot of alcoholic beverages come to this free parking lot and shout like crazy, this disturbs me and does not allow me to sleep. It's true that it doesn't happen every day, but it happens often.

    A comfy one bed apartment with all the facilities one needs. WiFi was good. Air conditioning was a much needed luxury as was really hot. Nice balcony to sit out on. The free parking space was an added bonus as parking in Rapallo is very limited. I left my car parked for the time I was there and walked the half mile into Rapallo.
