The place is great, located in an old part of the village and clean. It has a new kitchen with all the utilites, a fireplace in the living room and also a terrace with barbecue option available. In the refrigirator there was some juice and jogurt, in the freezer 1 pizza and on the table some fruits waiting for us.

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations! Such a beautiful house situated on the top of a gorgeous Tuscan hill. Not only that, but the host Andreas was the kindest soul to every exist. He greeted us so warmly, offered us homemade wine, he let us borrow his umbrella for the beach and kindly washed our clothes. He’s literally an angel. Angel Andrea. We will most definitely come back. We went to Bed & BIke expecting only a night to spend between places. Instead we found one of the most fantastic places ever, especially considering that I am an avid cyclist. Ours was a large and bright apartment, very clean, overlooking a beautiful bike store where among other things I was able to buy, at a discounted price, some spare parts for my ebike and that I recommend to all lovers of this sport. But what struck us was the quality of service, the size of the apartment, and especially the friendliness and professionalism with which we were greeted by Elisabetta, who runs the place, and with whom together with my wife have had long chats. Another peculiarity: breakfast is ordered the day before, choosing from an extensive menu (excellent cream brioche ordered from the bakery!!! Local cheeses, cold cuts, bread, fruit). All served at 7:30 am on a small table outside the room. The advice about dining experiences in Aulla given to us by Elisabetta also proved to be exceptional. I personally feel that this was my most pleasant B&B experience EVER. If I could, I would have given this B&B a rating of 20 out of 10!!! I can see why it boasts an enviable 9.7 on booking. If you don't like this place, you wouldn't even fit in heaven!

Quiet rural setting with nice friendly staff, and happy restaurant customers and great scenery Only one staff member spoke English and our Italian was non existent which added to the experience and felt like we were in real Italy.The small village of Gragnola was good to walk around and we found the villagers friendly.

Wow, such a beautiful place! I fell in love with this place! The host was lovely and gave us great tips on villages to visit. It was really nice sitting under the lemon trees and eating breakfast. I will definitely come here again.

We loved it here. They have very comfortable and clean rooms, the hotel looks nice from inside and outside. The staff is very friendly. The WIFI has a strong connection and is pretty fast. We liked it a lot.

    A nice apartment outside La Spezia. The house was fully equipeed with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. Rooms were very comfortable. Great location for exploring the region - Tuscan-Emilian apennines, Cinque Terra and northern Tuscany. Check in was with no contact and all the information required was given very clearly. The house has its own parking which is not marked but explained well by the host.
