First class accommodation with first class hosts. Fantastic view, brand new modern and comfortable apartment. The breakfast is amazing on the terrace of a nearby guesthouse with the same breathtaking view and incredible service and kindness. This was the best stay we have so far ever. Stefania is the nicest person in the world, she was looking after us as we are family. The room was super clean and nice. The pool is clean and big, perfect for kids. The garage for bikes even has a pump and some spares, with possibility to change ebikes. The breakfast was super delicious and Stefania even obtain some gluten free cakes for the children. When we were leaving she even prepared a sandwiches for the trip. If you are on the Alpe Adria this is the best place to stay. If we are coming again we will definitely choose this place. Thank you Stefania you are greatest.

We felt very welcome, we were late for check in but Erika was flexible and waited for us. Erika was an excellent host, the property is super clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is completely new. There was some surprise food for us in the fridge :) so nice. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, it will definitely be our go to accommodation.

We only stayed here for one night but our stay was far better than we had imagined. The owner/host is very nice and hospitable and speaks perfect English. We stayed in the chalet which is spacious, has a full kitchen but a bit of crappy wifi coverage, but it's just nice to be mobile-free sometimes. Mobile coverage in the area is almost non-existent. Lovely breakfast and fantastic surroundings on the farm with vineyards, horses and donkeys that are curious and friendly. We hope to return here in the future. We were advised about the nearby Ristorante Prosciutteria Martinuzzi which has absolutely fantastic food.
