Both the evening meal and breakfast was prepared with care and attention to detail. The room was in a separate building from the dinning area and main house. Secure parking for bikes. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. It's super clean, and they're doing all kinds of "green" updates - participating in various EU sponsored technical upgrades. The hotel remains very simple and unpretentious, which we liked.
