great location when traveling through italy - not too far from highway. Countryside, cheap restaurants near by the hotel. Very friendly check in. easy check in and check out. excellent breakfast buffet, very freindly and helpful house keeping staff. children friendly hotel. We liked the free table football in the hotel lobby to play for free.

We were very comfortable at Villa Benatti. Employees were very nice. We booked a two bedroom apartment which was very large with a huge terrace. Mattresses were also very comfortable. We would love to come back when we travel to Italy. Thank you.

    Location is in a rather quiet area, a convenient 30 minutes by car away from Modena centre. There is ample parking and a supermarket just next to hotel. Room is comfortable, and a very good breakfast is served.

    Parking outside the property, comfy beds and pillows, cot provided for our baby, breakfast included, WiFi works well, use of microwave for baby bottles, clean throughout and the staff. When visiting family and friends again, we will stay here again!

    Easy to find and easy parking. Great communication. Room and bathroom roomy, clean, and well-stocked. Bed was comfortable. Salames and cheeses and breads were great and reasonable, with local goodies included. Hosts were wonderful and so friendly and helpful. Breakfast had choices given, with fresh fruit, yogurts, jams, fresh torte made by Stefania. Salami and cheese were offered for small price. Great fun with hosts in the evening.
