The hotel is in a very peaceful location on the lake, well away from the big crowds that you’d find in Como. Christina greeted us with such warmth and made us feel very welcome. Her and her staff worked tirelessly for all the guests. The Hotel is probably the best 3 star you will find. Everything was very well looked after and kept tidy. The Hotel is located near some outstanding restaurants, the one we preferred was Baia di Parè who had a full gluten free menu and baked their own GF Bread. Their food is outstanding! I highly recommend Hotel Bellavista.

Nice spacious modern room. Very clean with comfortable beds. Lots of amenities (coffee machine, cattle...) Couple of coffee shops and restaurants close by. The street on which it's located is pedestrian only so zero traffic noise during the day and night. Very good communication with the staff and clear instructions... Will stay here on our next business trip.

Our stay here was exceptional. The accommodations included two bedrooms and a spacious living room, complemented by a vast kitchen equipped for any culinary endeavor. The hospitality extended by our hosts was unparalleled; their kindness, assistance, and dedication to our comfort significantly enhanced our experience. The inclusion of a washing machine among the comprehensive amenities added to the convenience. Nice view of the lake and probably the best value for money on Como lake in my opinion. The hotel is practically new and everything is just as expected: clean, comfy and cozy. Considering that the building is more than 300 years old I love how they kept many interior details untouched. Regardless of everything inside being high-tech and modern equipped, you get the vibe of the late baroque or early renaissance that come from these details. The location is perfect, there are bars and restaurants around the hotel and across the street by the lake. Also there is city of Lecco, which is a big enough city to get you anything you might left back home before your trip. And than there is Andrea, the manager of the hotel that I can't thank enough for making our stay as best as possible. We might have been high-maintenance guests at a few moments, but he fixed our “touristy challenges” like a pro :) For the last part, the one thing that will stay rooted in memories was the piano that plays music by itself. If you stay there, you should hear and see that thing playing. It's an experience for itself.

    The hotel is located just in front of the lake Como so the view from the window was exceptional! The hotel managers were very friendly and supportive. There's a big and free parking - very important if you are travelling by car as we did.

    We loved our stay here. The location of the hotel is spot on . Eating breakfast whilst watching the windsurfing was a perfect start to the day. Ample free parking which is such an added bonus. The rooms are spotless and we were made to feel so welcome by the hosts . I love the italian people and the hosts lived up to that expectation. They were welcoming, kind and encouraging as I tried to speak italian to them ( not well I may add ). Definitely want to go back to experience it all again... Grazie mille ....Arrivederci...

    The hosts are a lovely friendly couple, a welcoming lady and an Italian gentleman. The location of the hotel is close to Lecco, half an hour from Como. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel. The cleanliness and comfort of the room was at the highest level. The view is magnificent day and night. We are planning to come next year.

    View to mountains on the other side of lake Como was nice. Location at quiet area without heavy traffic and free parking at short distance from town was good starting point for exploring lake Como area.

    Our stay exceeded our expectations, we were warmly welcomed, enjoyed tasty breakfast, room was super clean and spacious. If we could not park a car in front of the hotel, there is a huge free parking lot just across the road. If we would travel to this area again, we have no doubt and will defo stay here again! Also we had a dinner at the restaurant and it was an incredible experience!

    Private free parking, great location to lake Como. However our room was at the very end so the view from the balcony was mostly to the hotel's surrounding trees, the lake was seen somewhere at the furthest left side. The reception staff was very kind and welcoming. Balcony was spacious.
