Beautiful room with great bathroom...a modern take on a historical building....Great location overlooking the canal. The friendly owner booked an early morning taxi to the airport for us and his son brought us snacks to replace the breakfast we would miss. We loved this place.

This is a wonderful hotel run by Marco and his family. Marco and his family are friendly and helpful people. The property is like a paradise surrounded by greenery and bird sounds. Reaching Treviso city center is 10 minutes by bike. It can also be easily reached on foot. As a solo female traveler, I did not experience any security problems contrary It is a very safe place. The rooms are clean, large, spacious and overlook the wonderful green area. You can find everything you need in the room. But I spent more time outside the room. It was a very unique experience to make friends with horses, dogs and birds. This is a place where you can be very peaceful whenever you want, but at the same time you can integrate into city life just 10 minutes away. Thank you so much to Marco and his family for everything. Thanks to you, I had unforgettable moments. I look forward to coming back again! Bonus Note: Don’t forget to have dinner here. Taste unique homemade wine and pasta :)

This place was fantastic. Believe the hype. It's been really thoughtfully set up as a tourist apartment. Every time I thought 'I need a...', I found it a few minutes later. The flat is clean, spacious, quiet and has good air-con. If you plan to travel by train (it's highly recommended), this is the ideal location as you're at the station in less than 5 minutes. There are regular trains to Venice as well as Trieste and Udine and Padua and Vicenza are close by with a change at Venice. For food, there's a supermarket a 4 minute walk away but check the cupboards first as we found a few basics in the kitchen already. If you're coming back from a long day out and don't fancy cooking or walking into town ,there's also a fantastic deli (Luigi Danesin) a few minutes walk from the station in the direction of town.

The Estate is magnificent, offering plenty of paths to explore the gardens. It is a perfect venue for special occasions, and a treat for short stays, but 1 night is definitely not enough. Enrico, Andrea, Bertollino and Bertollina, and rest of staff are just genuinely beautiful people, who love what they do.
