We could not have asked for a better boutique hotel. A Quick 10 min walk from the station and 5 min from the airport bus terminal (15 min ride to the airport). The location was stunning. Right on a canal and three or four lovely restaurants plus a large mall by the station and a discount store called Prix just around the corner. The staff were incredible from the Pieter’s to the waiters to the reception/concierge staff Marta Maria and Laura made every question their mission to answer in as much detail as possible. Making our stay in Venice even more incredible. The hotel has a beautiful garden too although with the heatwave while we stayed it was too hot to use but the Aircon in the room was perfect. As was the decor. This is the perfect example of a hotel that works well, quant and has attention to detail. We stayed in a garden view room with a nice sofa. Room 303 Thank you Olimpia for making our stay all we had hoped for!!

Plazetto MyVenice exceeded our expectations. This boutique hotel is awesome, very good location, not far from the main attractions (15-20 minutes walk) and far from the noise, very quiet. The vaporetto is 2 minutes away and close by, shops and restaurants. We spent 4 nights at the hotel, and we loved every moment of our stay. Everything was perfect. The room was very confortable and very spacious, new, super clean (not only the room, but the whole place also) with all the facilities needed in the room. The breakfast was exceptional, served in a very beautiful room and very fresh and tasty food. A real feast and the service was impeccable. But above all, all the staff (Reception desk, restaurant, personnel,) were so nice, friendly and very helpful to any of our requests. I take this opportunity to thank all of them for making our stay so enjoyable. You feel so very welcomed. If we were to return to Venice, this hotel will be our first choice.

Very clean and homely apartment with everything you could need - large rooms, great location (canal outside window), quiet (and yet close to everything). Francesco was so kind left us lots of little extras and kept our luggage after check out. If you want a real Venetian experience this is a lovely place to stay - would definitely stay here again if in Venice.

This is one of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed for the following reasons: 1) Location is unbeatable, in a central part of Venice, easily reachable (even on foot) from Piazale Roma or the train station, at walking distance to almost all the sites of Venice, near a "main" street full of restaurants, shops, bars etc. but still not noisy. 2) Very well appointed apartment, comfortable beds/furniture, very clean and very nicely decorated. 3) The fridge and pantry were filled with food enough for our family of 4 to have a big breakfast for each of the 3 days we stayed in the apartment. Everything was carefuly selected and was very tasty. This made the apartment very good value as brekafast for 4 people for 3 days in Venice can be quite expensive. 4) Very good communication with the owners from the moment we made the booking until we left.

    Clean hotel, good breakfast in an adjacent hotel. It can be reached on foot from the parking lot which costs 35E for 24 hours. the beautiful scenery.  At the reception, I met a gorgeous woman from Romania whom I greeted with love!
