We booked very last Minute and were a little bit sceptical what to expect, but once we rang the bell we saw the friendly face of the owner. The moment he let us inside, we were so impressed how bright, clean and high quality the house and rooms are. Everything is newly renovated and very tasteful. The floor of the breakfast kitchen is so beautiful, you almost feel bad walking over it. You can safely park your car on his property. It was super easy to take the bus back and forward to the city. The owner will give you all the information you need, to have a good time in Venice. This is really a hidden gem and a total recommendation. If you want a smart way to visit Venice with a little bit of adventure. We had the feeling that we were visiting an Italian friend who made sure we had a good time and would help us if needed. Thank you very much for this experience.

Everything is very clean and comfortable. The host has looked after us so well and made us feel right at home. The amenities are thoughtfully provided and we are so happy to have found this hidden gem! The location is superb, with convenient public transport to Venice and various food options and grocery store within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Plazetto MyVenice exceeded our expectations. This boutique hotel is awesome, very good location, not far from the main attractions (15-20 minutes walk) and far from the noise, very quiet. The vaporetto is 2 minutes away and close by, shops and restaurants. We spent 4 nights at the hotel, and we loved every moment of our stay. Everything was perfect. The room was very confortable and very spacious, new, super clean (not only the room, but the whole place also) with all the facilities needed in the room. The breakfast was exceptional, served in a very beautiful room and very fresh and tasty food. A real feast and the service was impeccable. But above all, all the staff (Reception desk, restaurant, personnel,) were so nice, friendly and very helpful to any of our requests. I take this opportunity to thank all of them for making our stay so enjoyable. You feel so very welcomed. If we were to return to Venice, this hotel will be our first choice.

The place is absolutely wonderful in terms of location, cleanliness, facilities, etc. The heaters there work automatically, so the apartment is always nice and cozy when you come back in from the freezing roads of Venice. The apartment is spacious with the bedroom being extremely big (even bigger than it seems in the pictures) and its location is amazing: only a 5 minute walk from the train station, nearby a few shops and restaurants (including a Burger King for anyone traveling with kids), and yet in an extremely quiet and safe location. Somehow, the most amazing thing about this place is actually Francesco, the owner. Francesco is kind, polite, and extremely helpful. Throughout our stay he was available for questions and he gave us several tips regarding navigation across Venice, affordable places to eat, and transit to the airport (he literally had lists of relevant busses and trains available in the apartment for us). This might be one of the best places I ever stayed in on vacation, and I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you, Francesco! We look forward to our next stay :)
