Very very beautiful house, with many details, great terrace, garden and roof top. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with everything you need. We were alone in the house because there were no tourists that night and the very kind Walleed (staff) offered us to use the whole house for us. He even brought us some excellent sandwiches for dinner! Special mention also to the breakfast, the best I had during my trip in Jordan, local food homemade by the people of the village, very well.cooked by the woman at the hotel, it was just delicious.... It is well worth staying at this hotel, different from others in Jordan, a great experience!

Very clean and comfortable house, you enjoy the calm and the wonderful atmosphere, a wonderful host who meets all needs, the organization and arrangement of the house is amazing, there are heritage items in front of the house and inside it that you enjoy looking at, the terrace is fantastic with the local breakfast! Our stay in Rousan House was beyond our expectations. During our stay, Mr Sadam treated us like family more than tourists, in which he used to quickly respond to any of our questions or needs. Rousan House would give you that comfortable vibes as your own home would. Despite the fact that Mr Sadam offered this house for renting, the money was his last concern as a traditional noble man that he is. Additionally, Mr Sadam's wife made the most delicious meals for us with THE best price all over Umm Qayis. We highly recommend this House whether for a trip or working.

Ibrahim was a fantastic host. He was welcoming, informative and kind. He cooked us a fantastic local breakfast, and gave us some great information about the archeological site and history of the area. His B&B is in a fantastic location - only a two minute drive or 10 minute walk to the archeological site. I would highly recommend staying with him in Um Qais!

The apartment is very cozy and clean. We were so lucky to get a new apartment; at least it looks new. The host was waiting for us when we arrived a little late—a lovely host and apartment. The location is perfect, only 3 minutes by car to the Umm Qais visit center.

Owner is very well behaved...he made tea for us by himself....we got warm welcome by his daughter which was very much cordial....we asked for home made food and he cooked for maklouba and beef cofta and he dined with us also which was a very good expereince we ever had.......Overall experience was very good....we recommend this homestay/ hotel for staying at Umm qais....Thank you Ahmed for great hoapitality..
