A unique place. So much better than Dana village. It is quite a climb (but they can pick you up), but so worth it! Food is so amazing, prepared by local women in the village nearby, staff the most helpful ever, sunset beautiful, amazing views, and family vibe. I could stay for days!

After reading other reviews, I recommend reading in advance what exactly you are booking. It's not a 5* hotel, but an eco camp. I had booked a simple room with a shared bathroom and that's exactly what I got. Common sense should tell you that cold showers can be unpleasant in cold weather and that hot water is not always available in an eco camp in this location. Because I read it several times: if you don't have a towel in your room, you can just ask for one 😉 .That's great and easy because you get one straight away 🙂 (or for anything else they will also go above and beyond to help you). In any case, I got what I booked... and also breathtaking scenery, the warmest all-round service from all the staff ❤️, cats without end, great local fresh food...and if I hadn't already awarded 10 points for that, then also for the free upgrade after the first night to a room with its own bathroom, hot shower and unobstructed view. Thanks to Hamid (the first person from Jemen I got to know 🙂) and his team for some magical days.

It was a very pleasant journey where Moses worked for us Bedouin breakfast and it was very delicious in the mountains of Dana and it was a beautiful picnic with the local guide and also we ate the traditional dinner food made with love and watching mountains and sunsets from the window of the room I highly advise this place

We had a very nice stay here. This kind of project and idea is worth supporting because the owners made it themselves from scratch. The owners are very friendly and the food was very good. The interior of the house is cosy and the shower outside has hot water. We really enjoyed the time we spent there.

    - Very easy to find. - Incredible location with amazing views. - Quiet. - Clean. - Delicious food and very nice and welcoming staff. - They have a lot of activities which I unfortunately couldnt sign up due to an injury but they offer plenty of guided hikes to really interesting places. - Good parking a few meters from the cabin. - Very close to Dana village.

    Lodge is new, fresh object managed by helpful and friendly owner. The biggest advantage of it is the amazing view, especially sunset. If you don’t have 4x4 just park on public parking in Dana and call owner, he will pick you up within few minutes. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable bed.

    The place is well-located and easy to find a parking place. Our room was simple as you can see it the pictures, but it is perfect for a short trip. The sunset is a must, and it is highly recommended to try the dinner offered by a host. When we were there the dinner was Magluba which is a traditional and delicious local food. The host is very friendly and helpful, so overall we enjoyed our time there.

    The location is exceptional. Not easy to get there as you have to park your car at the parking spot followed by a 10min jeep ride but the view is very worth it. You get basic comfort. Dinner at the camp is optional but we enjoyed it, local food served in a buffet.

    Very spacious loft with a very big bathroom, standing in the middle of Dana Reserve. Buffet breakfast and dinner (for 9jod each) and free parking spot. The staff is amazing, so nice: they recommend us several trekking options

    - very friendly and helpful owners - beautiful cottages in a lush green garden with a nice view - great place to spend some time relaxing in the hammocks or at the campfire - convenient location close to hiking trails - good food - only accessible by foot (around 100-150m from the parking lot), which in my opinion adds to the charm of the place
