The staff at this hotel are amazing - they couldn’t have done any more to help us. Especially Abou, who even helped us rescue a kitten!!! And then Abou and the hotel manager helped us to get to places we needed to go around the town. They made sure our room was perfect, and we had a lovely breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the ruins. The property is very clean and modern, and is also very quiet. We had a very relaxing stay, and wished we were staying longer.

Jerash City View is a very good hotel and the host is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. The facilities are great, there is also a space to sit and relax and a kettle and kitchen equipment. The room is in a cozy garden. Although its part of the main house its completely secluded and private. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It's fully equipped for short or long stay and we extended a day just to enjoy the peace and quiet. Very close to city and tourist attractions. The host is a gem of a person and so helpful and knowlegeable. We had such warm welcome. Even our pets had a wonderful stay. Can't recommend it enough. We would definitely visit again.
