Apology that I arrived late, the hotel still served us with excellent dinner and offered perfect service. We come with little kids and they were very helpful. It is very much appreciated. I would recommend to all visitors.

Very good value, everything was very clean , futons comfortable, aircon great. Room bigger than expected .We were there for the Osaka Expo and the metro leaving the venue broke down changing our arrival at the hotel time to unknown and after midnight. So happy that although check-in usually finishes at midnight the owner stayed up for us, was still welcoming and sorted out car parking etc. Felt like true Japanese hospitality beyond expectations. Big relief after standing 3 hrs in a very crowded broken train. Only drawback is the one shared bathroom/shower was a bit busy but we managed

Staff were very friendly and hospitable. Room was more spacious than other twin rooms I've encountered in Japan too. Included breakfast was very welcome and they were happy to modify for vegetarian diet.
