This hotel was superb! Every detail was well thought through and beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable, we were able to park our bikes in the room. The staff was very helpful and accomodating, the breakfast was good, and the onsen lovely!

Everyone is not only extremely professional but also genuinely warm and friendly. The attention to detail was impeccable. The dishes of chef Akita were amazing.     Location is great, it's right by the water. We actually were on our bicycles to get there and no problem locating the hotel. There's plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel, if you come by car. Facilities are great. We stayed in shared dorm using shared bathroom which is no issue for us at all. Bunk bed is quite comfy and quiet at night. Bathroom is squeaky clean, very very clean! We love everything here and will definitely plan a trip to stay here again!

    Because it took a while to find the parking lot, the time limit for check-in (19:00) has passed when I arrived, but the owner is very kind and exempted the penalty for the late check-in. Thank you so much.
