The lady helped me with her food recommendations around the area. There's also an elevator so you don't have to carry your luggage up the ryokan! Please read the instructions provided especially for which onsen you can go to (so you'll have to remember the Japanese characters for Man and Woman) and know when the outdoor onsen is available to guests and when it is available for private use.
