The most impressive thing I liked most was the host. The warm welcome and helping me to carry our luggage to the room was just excellent. The security was also excellent. The comfortable room and the Balcony viewing the Mt. Kenya was wonderful, just to mention a few.

Bertha was a wonderful host. Whatever we asked for we got on the spot. Super nice stuff and such a quiet and silent place (which we are not used from Kenya). We loved our stay. The location of the hotel is perfect. A serene environment with neautiful nature all round the hotel. The water fall is a beauty to behold. The food was exceptional and the Staff had good customer service. We will definitely be coming back again.
