This is an AMAZING hotel! Me and my friends stayed there for 2 days. We are tourists and got really great experience staying in Monbasa and Premium Inn. The hotel manager, Levi, is exceptionally helpful and responsible. The hotel stuff is professional and warm hearted. The breakfast is also wonderful. The front desk always helps to give you travel advice (eg, telling you the safe time of traveling out and help you get a Tuktuk). All in all, this is one of the best hotel experience I have ever had and I recommend it to everyone.

Beautiful hotel, cozy and spacious rooms. The staff was so extremely welcoming and friendly. Upon arrival we received a nice welcome juice and cookies brought to our room. Really a perfect place for our time in Mombasa.
