The room was lovely—clean, with crisp sheets and a serene view of the sea. The hotel premises were beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful atmosphere. While we didn’t try the pool, it looked inviting. The staff was helpful and quick to address issues. The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and stunning natural surroundings. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so we can’t comment on that.

I absolutely loved my stay at The Elephant! The hotel itself was super nice, everything I ate for breakfast or dinner was amazing and full of flavor. They even offered afternoon tea and snacks and their coffee and cocktails were so good. Like in every other review, I also must give special attention to the staff working in the hotel. I have travelled a lot and I have never witnessed even close to this level of hospitality. The hotel has a romantic and couple-y feeling in it, but I never felt uncomfortable as being solo-traveller even when staying in honeymoon suite. After five nights I was sad to leave this paradise but I will for sure return, I could travel back to Siem Reap only to get to stay in this hotel again!

Spacious and clean room, Amazing staff, great location and value for money. Location is just walking distance to the night market, pubstreet and lot of street food options and yet is not noisy road. Breakfast is set menu and is tasty. They give breadbasket and freshly brewed coffee making it a nice start in the morning. I hired all my tour travel arrangements with the hotel and they have reasonably priced. As a bonus they offered me free drop to airport which is a nice gesture. They accept card payments which is a huge convenience. There is pool and whole hotel area kept clean. Wifi is good and had adequate speed. Photos on booking matched the reality. Bathroom spacious with hot water and right water pressure. Had a very pleasant stay and exceeded my expectations.

Everything. Our stay here was amazing. We couldn’t believe how amazing this hotel was. The value for money is unbelievable. The staff that work here are so friendly and the communication between all the staff is fantastic. We changed extended our stay and changed to be in a different room to stay by the other people and all staff had been informed already and every staff member remembered us. It felt very special staying here. The food is also very impressive. My girlfriend had the flu when we were here and so we didn’t leave the hotel much but it was ok because the food was so good and the room was very comfortable. The massive bath also feels very luxurious.
