The Line is a cheap and clean, safe hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised with a beautiful view. The bedroom was spacious, clean with great amenities. The staff, though vacant was attentive when needed. Including when I was leaving the receptionist apologised for his lack of English and offered me 2 bottles of water before I took off cycling towards Busan.

The week I spent at Y House, Seoul was a very pleasant one. The apartment is clean, modern and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is bottled water as well as tea and coffee making facilities with teabags and coffee capsules provided. An umbrella is available to borrow, which luckily I didn't need, and there are plenty of toiletries and towels for your use in the bathroom. The shower works really well and the water was always hot while I was there. The view of the southern Seoul skyline is breathtaking with the Lotte Tower clearly visible from the window of the apartment. The building is quiet and the air-con works really well, so I always got a good night's sleep. There are lots of shops in the neighbourhood and also an ATM which accepts foreign cards. A CU convenience store is located right on the ground floor of the building itself. Getting to the city centre and all the main sights is easy as the Line 5 Gangdong subway station is just a few steps away. By subway the journey to the downtown area is approximately 35-40 minutes. I highly recommend Y House to anyone travelling to Seoul for whatever purpose - you won't be disappointed!

We loved the location being in a real part of South Korean suburbia with a street market, supermarket, coffee shop, eateries etc only metres away and a short walk to bus stops and taxis. The host provided clear instructions on finding the property and how to access. The apartment was spotless and it was really convenient having a full bathroom both downstairs and upstairs. It was also tastefully decorated with lots of soft lighting options all throughout. The floor space was extremely generous compared to other accommodation we had used during our trip (If you struggle with stairs this accommodation is not for you. Access to the apartment is via a lift however both bedrooms are upstairs). Not speaking Korean made it difficult to use TV's and AC remotes, Washing Machine, hot water temperature setting and floor heating etc however the host was quick to respond with clear instructions that were easy to follow. The free Wi-Fi is fast and there are external areas for quick drying of clothes if needed (if it isn't raining).

Centrally located on the mall, close to Misa Station. Beautiful little unit, you can see some thought has gone into it. Blackout curtains to sleep in, then open up to amazing views across the park. Projector screen with Netflix set up. I really liked the pivot shower complete with lychee scented body wash. Overall just an immaculate unit right where you want to be.

The hotel room exceeded my expectations. It was spacious and clean. I was surprised to find out that the floor of the room was heated. As someone who fears cold, this made my stay really comfortable. I stayed in this hotel for a total of 2 weeks working remotely. I was grateful that I found this hotel. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower pressure was good. The room has all the amenities I need: a hairdryer, a couch to sit on and read, a TV, and a big wardrobe to hang my clothes. The room has a spacious table too to put my stuff and double as a work desk.

A bit far from the airport or downtown of Seoul, but definitely good value for a 4-star hotel, near bus stops, typically 12-15 CAD taxi to Jasmil major transportation hub, and yes, LOTTE is in Jasmil and you can take airport bus 6200 at Jasmil, 1 stop (about 1 hour away from ICN). Very good breakfast serving. Even though you don't know any Korean, you will love this place. PS: Google map and Googke translation work! Staff members are willing to help, and they are polite and nice!
