We spent two nights here. The room was huge and the bed was super comfortable. The food was also very tasty. We had dinner both nights and it didn't disappoint. Staff were super friendly and attentive. This was one of our best accommodations in Sri Lanka. It was a little far from the sights, but everything was a short tug tug ride away. We would highly recommend this place.

This place is truly amazing! The owners are incredibly kind, warm-hearted, friendly, and always willing to help. They assisted me with transportation, sightseeing, and anything else I needed. This was our first stop in our 10 day journey across Sri Lanka and they really set the bar very high. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The food was delicious! After a day of visiting all the historical places in Anuradhapura this hotel had the perfect atmosphere to wind down and relax. Very highly recommend!

By far the best accomodation we had during our stay in Sri Lanka. The hotel is actually more a villa with only few rooms available, which makes it very private and calm. Everything about this place is stunning and one feels that every detail was thoughtfully designed. The hosts Siri and Chathurika were very friendly and made our stay something really special. Siri even gave us a private tour through the temples and ruins of Anuradhapura. It was all topped off by the fantastic food they prepared for us. Staying at Arachchi was one of the highlights of our trip, and would come back to Sri Lanka just to stay some more days :) we cannot recommend this place enough!

Our stay at Forest View Home Stay was absolutely perfect and one of the highlights of our trip to Sri Lanka. The room was spotless, the large bed was incredibly comfortable, there were no mosquitoes because of the large mosquito net, and the peaceful forest location offered a sense of tranquility we rarely find. What made Forest View Home Stay truly special was the host and their lovely family. They were so warm and welcoming, always going out of their way to help us. From arranging transportation to lending us sarongs for a temple visit, their thoughtfulness was unmatched. The home-cooked meals were authentic and delicious, making every dinner feel like a celebration. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful retreat surrounded by nature and hosted by some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet, this is the place. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return in the future!
