Great property and so far the best value for money we found in Sri Lanka! The staff was super helpful and friendly, it really showed that they care about the property as well as their guests. Room was spacious and clean, public areas very well maintained. We also booked a tour through the reception, they arranged a great driver for a beter price then what we could find online!

I stayed in one of the budget rooms, which were surprisingly spacious, spotlessly clean, and quietly tucked away in the back garden; perfect for a calm night’s sleep. The food (both breakfast and dinner) was to die for. All home-cooked by the grandmother with so much love and flavour. The family was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help us: sharing honest tips about what to visit in Anuradhapura, organising a half-day safari, and arranging transport with fair prices. But what makes this place truly special is their story. They started with just one room about 10 years ago and gradually grew to eleven, without ever raising their prices for food or accommodation. Hands down, this was the best quality stay and food I had in Sri Lanka so far.

This place is truly amazing! The owners are incredibly kind, warm-hearted, friendly, and always willing to help. They assisted me with transportation, sightseeing, and anything else I needed. This boutique hotel is top notch! So many wonderful details that made this our perfect stay: - 12 different bird sounds recorded during breakfast (we have an app) - Pool beautiful with lovely lounge chairs and shade umbrellas - EXCEPTIONAL FOOD! We ate breakfast lunch and dinner here our entire stay because it was so well done - Fresh cut flowers in the room - Full luscious live plants in the bathroom to mimic the beauty out our front patio - Large fridge and coffee and tea amenities - Luxurious stand alone tub under a sky light was well used by me - Soft full towels and bathmats - Very large room and bathroom which were both SPOTLESSLY CLEAN - CLOSE to everything one travels to Anuradhapura to see; not close to the town, but no need to go to the town - Each unit has its own koi pond with plants But the best of all was the warm and genuine service. Truly a diamond.

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel. Jonti, the host, was incredibly kind and welcoming—he even offered to bring me food from a restaurant when I arrived late and exhausted after a long journey. The place is very clean and has such good, laid-back vibes. The other guests staying there were also super friendly, and we ended up spending a lot of time together. It’s the kind of place that instantly makes you feel relaxed and at home. Highly recommend!

Not far from the railway station :) The host is amazing - we were even picked up from a befriended TukTuk driver at a veeery good rate! Bottle of water in the room :) The bed was ABSOLUTELY one of the most comfortable ones we ever had in Sri Lanka & with a mosquito net, fan & AC. The bathroom was spacious & clean :) There was a water heater for the shower :) If we're ever back in Anuradhapura, we'll stay there :) Restaurant & shop nearby.
