I almost never give a 10 out of 10 rating. What Ashok is doing with this place sets a new standard for Sri Lankan hospitality. The rooms are faultless, great bed, great space, super new and clean. His food is also super tasty and his support and friendly attitude is just wonderful.

We loved everything here. Very charming property by the beach with really beautiful furnitures and very comfortable. The staff is amazing, they are caring, they do everything for you to feel good and have the best experience. They spot every detail for you. The chef deserves a micheline star. The food experience was delicious. It is the perfect place to recharge. Thank you to the staff of kalkudah beach house for making this place a wonderful moment for us.

Very nice spot to disconnect from the sri lankan chaos :) the beach beside is beautiful, and wild (careful in the sea since there are strong currents). The facilities are very well thought of, nice to connect with other travellers in a relaxed environment.

A lovely stay in a remote location. Quite limited in regards to local facilities, but perfect for those looking to escape the crowds. The owner and caretaker were wonderful, warm and friendly people, and the room was a great size and equipped for all you could need.

Resort was directly on the lagoon,and there was a beautiful cool breeze through the hot time of the day. Anything I needed was provided....I just asked. I was even able to use the fridge. Rooms are spacious and super clean.Resort is super safe and monitored by security cameras . I slept really well,there was no noise to disturb me. I highly recommend this property. It's fantastic value. Fishing and boating is possible also.

    Navva operates a guesthouse with 6 rooms, all located on the top floor. We had a large room with balcony. It had a double and single bed, plus T.V., kettle and a folding table and chair. The bathroom had good hot water. Good wifi. Breakfast consisted of egg, fruit and toast. The property is in a side road off of the main road in the centre of town, with a gate and private parking. Our host was helpful and interesting to talk with. He also helped us upstairs with our luggage, which was appreciated.
