Everything was exceptional. A true 5 star experience, nothing to complain about. We stayed 3 nights at Moksha. We had most of our meals, as well as we did a tour to a waterfall and a hike in the rain forest from the hotel, which can be recommended. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The dining was exceptional, we had a new food experience every night.

this is the most amazing and magical place in Sri Lanka and the host is an absolute treasure. I loved every minute of it and will defienietly come back. It’s an offsite location, with a natural pool and waterfall. Thank you so much Mona for making our stay so special 🩷

Amazing place located in the middle of tea fields in the mountains. The host gives a very interesting tour into the tea fields and explains the entire tea-making process. There are also lots of other activities, such as hiking, visiting a nearby waterfall, bird watching etc. Food is great, staff is very friendly and rooms are spacious. Would definitely recommend!

Leon Hilltop is a new venture (hence few reviews). It is in a great location (up the hill from team 39 watersports). It sits on the ridge line and has great views. It is well away from the road and was lovely and peaceful. The accommodation was immaculate - clean and comfortable. Sameera and his team were extremely welcoming and attentive from the outset. At the time of writing they didn’t have in house catering, instead using a local hotel to provide food and drinks which were brought up to our dining area. If you’re coming for a bit of rafting I’d highly recommend Leon Hilltop - I’m certain Sameera and his team will look after you just as well as he did us!

This elegant house offered an absolutely exceptional stay. The stunning views from the pool were a highlight, and the room was very comfortable. What truly set this accommodation apart was the owner, Lata. Her kindness and efficiency in resolving our lost baggage issue were remarkable. Beyond that, her homemade meals were simply divine, clearly prepared with genuine care. We felt completely at home, and the entire staff treated us like family. Highly recommended for a truly memorable and heartwarming experience.

Mohammed showed us around and accommodated us very well! Sameera took us to the river right next to the retreat and swam with us. Indunil checked us out with no issues! And they had free shuttle service. Overall beautiful retreat and location, really enjoyed our time here.
