Amazing place to stay as like us you looking to back to the origine where nature and clean environment is the main attraction. The small luxury hotel is extremely well organized and the bungalows distributed on the property in beautifull way with gardens, trees and front lake! We booked a bungalow with pool and it was amazing, super large, comfortable bed, living room, bathroom extra size!!! The Staff was amazing from Marc that received us and take care all the time, Gaya, Jewewan and Chef Swadth just to mentions the more closer to us in these days but all were super kind. We had a fantastic dinner for San Valentine that will remain in our memories forever. They arrange for us the visit to the Park and follow us there. All was over any best expectations and is HIGLY reccomended place to go to have unforgettable moments!!

We really enjoyed our stay in the jungle at Wilpattu. Very clean and spacious room with an amazing pool with views on the green surroundings. Kuma is a great host and the chef prepares amazing local dishes. If you want a jungle experience with good comfort we definitely recommend

The location is incredible right next to the river and the territory is very clean. We slept on a tree house and it was really cosy with nature sounds. We stayed two nights and did a full day safari that was organized by a host. In the early morning we took a walk around the village and enjoyed local hospitality. Definitely recommend this hidden gem!

Our stay at Wilpattu Nature Resort was unforgettable! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a peaceful escape right next to nature. We enjoyed delicious home-cooked meals, especially the breakfast and dinner, which were full of local flavors. The highlight of our stay was the kayaking, lagoon safari, and camping experiences. Being so close to Wilpattu National Park, we also joined a thrilling safari and spotted incredible wildlife. The resort even has its own island and two camping sites, perfect for adventure lovers. The peaceful riverside setting, friendly staff, and unique activities like fishing, cycling, and boat tours make this place truly special. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway near nature with a mix of comfort and adventure, Wilpattu Nature Resort is the perfect choice!

My bungalow was spotless and very comfortable. The aircon and WiFi were great. The food in the restaurant was really good and all cooked fresh to order. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay in Kalpitiya!
