Had all the facilities that we wanted. Outside balcony with table and seating with fan. Use of the kitchen. Free laundry. The nice chap that runs the place gave us a lift to the turtle sanctuary in his Tuk Tuk and also helped us get a reasonable price for kayak hire. All in all, a good place to stay.

What a wonderful stay I had at Villa Sandamedura! From start to finish I felt taken care of! The hosts are lovely people, they prepared delicious breakfast every morning, organized a boat trip in Koggala lake for me (which is something I totally recommend doing!), Sam was always ready to answer all my questions, and it felt like a real homestay with the right balance of hospitality and privacy that I needed. The room is big and quiet, the location is very nice - 2 minutes walking to the beach, and a bus stop right outside as well. Would definitely recommend it!

Great place opposite the beach and stilt fisherman. Clean room with everything you needed. Big roof terrace with sun loungers and a shared kitchen to use. We had a nice lunch when we arrived and huge breakfast. The owners were very friendly.

    We stayed three nights including Christmas eve. Clean garden. Spacious and well-lit room. Most of the staff members friendly (especially some restaurant guys abd the house keepers). Sacious parking. Ample tea things and drinking water. Clean pool.
