Getting there by private car was a challenge, google maps is simply not accurate. Best way is to contact resort before. The team is outstanding, booked only a day before and they managed to make us feel at home. Will come back for sure

From the roof terrasse you see the five Knucles Peaks. Three waterfalls are within walking distance. And the coffee and tea, you drink is from the small estate around the House. Don’t expect Hilton-style-luxury. Expect something much better! This is a homestay on it’s way to become a small hotel. Very personal service from the owner, Rohan, who is a man of the world with many years of travel behind him. He speaks good english and is ready to help with directions for the easy hikes, and get you in contact with a local skilled guide to the mountains (necessary!) His own estate offers a beautiful short hike: From the top, you have a 360-view of the many peaks around it. Possibly the most beautiful place in the world. Go! (Nb! Remember to bring Long pants, leech-socks, leech-protection-balm and bud-reppelant. Then you will be fine.)

natural location situated in front of a waterfall. very clean and calm location. Foods and services are very good. This is not for every body people who love nature adventure will love this place. Located in the deep jungle unlike other properties that i stayed in sri lanka. very friendly staff They cant speak much in English but they are very friendly and sportive. They even treated me with toddy-A Local alcoholic Drink extracted from kithul palm.

We received a very warm welcome when arriving late in the evening. The hosts arranged a family dinner so we could relax which was delicious . I got sick before my group arrived and they offered to drive me to a doctor. The homestay is immaculate. Very clean, hot showers, comfortable beds and cool AC. Thank you for your hospitality

We had a wonderful stay, next time we stay a bit longer to enjoy all the fancy facilities of the property. Chaminda is a really lovely host, his communication is fantastic, sent lots of information before we checked in and was always on hand with help and recommendations from the moment we arrived in Sri Lanka, even helped organize taxis and restaurant recommendations before we even arrived in Kandy, we could not ask for more from a host. The villa is beautiful, with a green garden area with an open terrace and lounge. Among the facilities at this property are fully equipped kitchen facilities and guests can enjoy their own cooking free Wi-Fi throughout the property.
