A very nice and new complex of 6 bungalows with a blooming garden and a terrace, where excellent breakfasts and other food are served, as well as a nice and well-kept swimming pool. The rooms are large, nicely decorated, with a large bathroom and outdoor shower. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. A free tuktuk will take you to the beach whenever you want, as well as from the beach back to the hotel. They also have their own morning safari boat, on which we saw a lot of animals and magical mangroves. If you are headed to Bentota, book this hotel without hesitation!

We had the most pleasant stay at Sea Pink Residence. The hosts were very nice and helpful. They were interested in whether everything was okay and whether we needed anything. The breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious and very clean. We felt at home there. The hosts have no problem planning and recommending trips in the area. If you are going to visit Bentota, Sea Pink Residence is the right place. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Sri Lanka.

There are no words to describe this place—just book it and experience it yourself! Cleanliness is top-notch, meeting European standards. The beach feels almost private, and the food is absolutely delicious. It’s a peaceful and quiet retreat, yet just 3km away from the bustling Bentota if you're looking for more activities. A beautiful place situated 2 minutes from the beach. Really well presented, extra touches to make everything appear special with flowers on the bed and on dining table. Beaches and pool towels are also provided which is very handy. We and an evening meal which was very tasty and plentiful. Yes indeed the area has more mosquitoes than perhaps others but the hotel takes many steps to alleviate the nuisance. We didn’t find the railway a bother at all. All in all a great place and happy to recommend.

I cannot write an objective review for the place since from me this was like a pilgrimage because I am just a huge fan of Geoffrey Bawa. Just being there was a dream come true! The staff is exceptional, very thoughtful and well mannered. The small touches like the happy hour where they serve home infused gin and tonic ( Bawa’s favourite) by the Lunuganga is an experience in itself. The sense was of history , his whimsical sense of design , his attention to detail is a learning in itself.. What a legacy !

So far the best accommodation we have had in Sri Lanka. Incredibly nice hosts, willing to help you with anything. They even did our laundry. No noise can be heard from outside, the bed is equipped with mosquito nets, which we greatly appreciated. In addition, it looks beautiful and the mattress is comfortable. The room is equipped with air conditioning. The equipment of the villa is new and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast was rich, we received several salty and sweet dishes, as well as fruit, tea and fruit juice. We would definitely like to come back again and warmly recommend this accommodation.
