Our stay at Villa des Hauts Mogador was an absolute dream. Nestled in the fragrant peace of the North African countryside around Essaouira, the villa offers a perfect blend of luxury, tranquility, and Moroccan charm. The spacious and comfortable rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. The highlight, however, is the lovely pool, which offers a happy escape from normal life. The warm hospitality of the owners, Nadia and Pierre, along with the attentive service of the staff, made our stay truly unforgettable. Malak and Sadia, in particular, were exceptional, preparing delicious meals and ensuring our every need was met. The villa's location is ideal, it’s a peaceful retreat whilst still being within easy reach of Essaouira's medina and beaches. The nearby restaurants, recommended by the villa's staff, provided some excellent culinary experiences. Villa des Hauts Mogador is a hidden gem that offers a truly authentic Moroccan experience of kindness and pleasure. We highly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable getaway.

We loved the hosts, Alex and Chloe, so chilled and helpful, and all of the staff were great too. A great job has been done to make the site really nice too. The pool is clean and lovely. Everything was relaxed and easy. Then, of course, the weather was good and the beaches were empty and went on for ever. Sitting on the terrace with the other guests with a glass of wine while watching the spectacular sunset was a treat. We loved it and really didn't want to leave.

If you are looking for some peace and quiet in exceptional accommodation, Atlantis 12 is the place to be. The welcome and hospitality of the hosts are unforgettable for us. The sleeping room, the sitting area with a small fireplace and the bathroom are very tastefully and beautifully decorated. This also applies to the beautiful and spacious common rooms. Thus, we felt extremely comfortable in the generously laid out property, also, or just because of the very friendly dogs and cats. The incomprehensibly negative assessment of the guest Hans regarding the accommodation is therefore absolutely incomprehensible to us. It is true that the access road to Atlantis 12 is a bit bumpy... but the term "off-road" is pure nonsense... for someone in possession of a driving licence, this should be manageable.

Fantastic Riad, beautiful room, space to relax on the patio. Proximity to the beach for walking. The owner/host has 2 dogs and a cat who were really, sweet and well behaved. Sylvain, the host, made me feel very welcome and his communications via WhatsApp made arrival easy. There is a great breakfast and if possible, I recommend you take the evening meal offered extra, because it was wonderful. There is a nice pool open all times. I sincerely recommend this place for a peaceful, friendly, safe stay.

It was very beautiful! We had everything we needed and a wonderfully quiet and calm space to relax after a big round trip through this beautiful country. The rooms and facility were perfectly clean and well built. We felt at home and well cared for. And the best Tajin we had in Morocco!
