Our host was so welcoming and catered to all of our needs and more! The place was clean and neat but above all very homey. We had paid for a cheaper room but due to it being the low season and no one else staying at the time our host was so kind and gave us a larger bed and room for no extra cost, just for our own comfortability. The free breakfast included was a great amount of food consisting of eggs bread, cheese, chutneys, and cold meats with orange juice. My partner and I don’t eat pork for religious reasons and our host had no problem catering to this. He went above and beyond being very informative about a local mountain hike we were wanting to do and told us of local restaurants he highly recommend which were delicious and extremely well priced. He also happened to be at one of them for dinner and helped us order and explain the menu in English as the locals waiter didn’t speak any which we appreciated a lot. Free tea and coffee was available all the time which was lovely after being out in the chill. I couldn’t recommend this place more and if I ever find myself back in North Macedonia, this stay will be the first I book!

Ema Hotel is a new hotel which offers several facilities ( hotel, restaurant with a playground for children). I want to mention the hotel staff for their politeness, availability, professionalism, and dedication. Besides, the rooms are clean and equipped with large and very comfortable beds. The room temperature was adjusted in accordance with the outside temperature, which increased the feeling of comfort. The fact that it is located outside the city does not constitute any impediment since you can reach the city center by car in about 7 minutes.

Excellent authentic hotel, very friendly owners, while we were waiting to check in the nice hostess of the hotel treated us to a pie, a wonderful view from the window and terrace, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, for an additional fee you can use the sauna.

We used this as a stopover from Skopje area to Mavrovo National park. Conveniently located near the main road, spacious and clean rooms, free parking. Great value for money. Staff was very welcoming and friendly - we were able to communicate in our former common language :) Make sure to visit Tetovo & Šar planina!

If you have a car, the hotel is easy to access, the city is just a few kms away, and there is secure parking. We were travelling by bicycle and coped easily with the location. The room is comfortable and clean, and the restaurant downstairs serves tasty food. There is a large supermarket nearby.
