New apartment hotel in an excellent location - just a block from the bus to the airport, a short walk to supermarkets and with good, reasonably priced and less-touristy restaurants nearby. Super spacious and well-equipped suites. 3 balconies, 2 of them large, in our 2-bedroom suite.

This property was FANTASTIC!!! Best of the 7 various accommodations on this trip. Very well equipped throughout and particularly the kitchen so we had no trouble making the odd meal at "home". Coffee maker, toaster, teapot, gas cooktop (no oven) everything we needed. Hot water and good pressure in the showers. Plenty of plush, new towels. Beds and pillows were comfortable and sheets/bed covers were in good shape. Nice pool although we didn't get a chance to use it. There's a convenience store at the corner. The condo and neighbourhood was quiet. The bedrooms and livingroom look out to a greenspace. Dedicated parking spot within a gated area. 24/7 guard at the gatehouse. I'd definitely stay here again!

Villa Tendenza is only 2 blocks from Playa del Carmen's fifth avenue, from there, we were able to walk to beautiful public beaches, share a family time in the tourist area, and even walk to the meeting points for the tours to Xcaret and Xel-Há and to the pier for the ferry to the island of Cozumel, very well located. The apartment was spacious, clean, with everything we need for a 4-day stay. We were 8 people, two families. I highly recommend Villa Tendenza.

Very beautiful new apartment with everything you need. Good air conditioning, small but good balcony with table and chairs. The rooftop was excellent, with 4 swimming pools, 2 bars and gym. Also a spa for massage. The building itself has a lot of security staff and people in the reception were great helping and answering any questions. Would come again for sure.
