Comfortable, heated cabin with kitchenette. There is no running water in the cabin, but there was a can full of water, so we cannot bring it from the public bathroom. I recommend to stay here.

The location is on the highway E6 and is best as you do not have to detour. The facilities and also Parking. You can also get dinner if you want to have there. The city of Grong is 12 mins by car. The host is very friendly.

The owner was super welcoming and friendly, which was perfect after a slightly stressfull journey. The campsite is easily accessed by road, and a mile away from the train station. We stayed for 3 nights and it is a beautiful location to decompress in. We swam in the river, and could have kayaked too if we hadnt been so lazy! The cabin had a porch to sit out on, cooking facilities and a fridge, and the beds were super comfy. On our second day, we found a lovely walk about a half an hour drive away, so hiked in the mountains. Definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved everything! The eye to detail made our stay fantastic! Nothing at all was missing in the Dome. We could get food arranged with the owner as well as the ride up with an ATV to the Dome. The owner was lovely and very helpful and caring! This stay I will forever carry with me close to my heart as I proposed here to my partner :) Thank you for everything Maria!
