A very peaceful place with very good food. The staff was very helpful and organized us the tour through the National Park at a good price. Suraj especially treated us very kindly and provided us with all we needed.

The location of the lodge is amazing. The cabins are basic but it really suits the vibe. It feels like you’re actually staying in the jungle. The owners are super nice & friendly. They make sure everything is perfect during your stay. It’s also possible to do walking & jeep tours through the National Park. The owner will be your guide. An absolute must.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during the monsoon season. It was perfect. This is a hidden gem 💎. Peaceful, beautiful and the employees were so kind and professional. We did one safari walk each morning and an afternoon drive. Absolutely amazing. Our 13 year old wanted to move to Nepal and live at the Sanctuary resort. As much as I would prefer to keep this peace of paradise to myself, I would definitely suggest to stay here.

The manager was too good. Good insight into the National park. The jungle activities are too good. You will enjoy the local taste. We had a tremendous stay at Shanta Ghar guesthouse! The family were so welcoming and offered a tremendous eco room and facilities! We got the best tour around the park with a private jeep and saw many animals with this whole day excursion. We also got a jungle walk to 3 water falls. Besides this the food was local Nepali vegetarian food and absolutely delicious! Thanks again! We loved it. Namaste
