Staff and owner were super friendly and helpful. We received recommendations for places to eat and were able to leave our car at the hotel for the time we stayed on steward island. Room and shared bathroom were clean. We would definitely come back when in Bluff.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about this property, the management or the location. A good getaway spot. We lucked out with sunshine and warm weather. In stormy weather, this spot might be quite a different place. The bedroom and bathroom were immaculate and well-appointed. The room had stunning views and we did book the room for the views. We hiked a part of the trail and enjoyed the remoteness of the area. We ate at the Oyster Cove Restaurant next door. It offered a simple menu and the dishes were well-prepared. It does close early so call ahead to reserve.

Lovely house with a wee beach across the road. Nice and roomy with good sunlight through the windows. Main bed upstairs was a bit hard for me but others were fine. Oysters and fish and chip heaven. Met some really nice locals at the Golden Arm pub.

The place was very clean and tidy! It exceeded my expectations especially for the price we paid. Johanna also made special arrangements for us to check in earlier to the best of her abilities. The kitchen was also furnished very well and parking space was very wide.

Had everything we needed, it was quiet, wifi was good, clean, had a washing machine and drier. Stayed a week, and would definitely stay again.
