Parking directly in front of the room, an outside light as opposed to the whole complex being lit up. Appreciated the table and chairs as we sat and ate takeaways in our room and the heated towel rail was working. The spacious character house, a home away from home was recently renovated to a high standard with great furnishings. The beds were very comfortable with good quality linens. The kitchen was well equipped with everything. Coffee to grind, milk and fresh bread and condiments. Plenty of off street parking. We loved the vibes of the hotel and wish I'd stayed there longer to have time to relax in the clawfoot tub. They got us a dinner reservation in their restaurant when we arrived in the restaurant and we enjoyed their selection of local wine. The rooms were a bit chilly initially but they had a heating pad in the bed that more than made up for it and we got quite comfy and toasty!
