Although I stay a night in this place, I love it anyway. The shared spaces are clean and spacious. The park is located near the mountain which provides travellers with a good view for photography. What’s more, the staff is so friendly that makes me feel like home.

The location is incredibly special as there is no light pollution and we were able to see more shooting stars than we have ever seen on our travels. It was worth the drive to get there and peaceful to get away from the busy tourist areas. We would definitely return and highly recommend!

Room was decent size, clean and modern and had beautiful views. Was great to have the restaurant on site and a nice walk around to the Hermitage. We arrived a bit early and was able to check in and drop our stuff and food supplies into our room before we did Hooker Valley which was great too.

The location and view from the kitchen is amazing. Easy check in. The 4 bed-room was comfortable even with a babycot for 2 adults, a child and a baby. There was enough space in the kitchen and fridge to store our things.

It is in the lower village, so some of the more popular walks require walking to the start point. For some this may be of no concern. Just been refurbished to a very high standard, beds in shared dorms are comfortable and private feeling even in an 8 bed. All the facilities are very clean, and staff are friendly.
