The owner, Andy, was so welcoming and gave good information about the area. Breakfast the next morning with some made to order options was quite a treat. The property is set in a lovely and peaceful orchard - just a great respite at the end of a busy travel day. Close to both Tutukaka and Whaigarei, it was perfectly situated for exploring and for our dive trip the next day to the Poor Knights Islands.

Great place to relax if you like peace and quiet set in exceptionally lovely gardens against a backdrop of native bush. Zero traffic noise truly is a country home yet only minutes to town and close to golf course. Our huge ensuite room opened onto veranda, kitchen was at our disposal plus coffee making in room. We felt like we were at home. Very friendly Hosts and super flexible to accomodate our needs. They were engaging with us individually.
