I can see the Taranaki Mount. from the hotel and just beside Countdown! It's pretty near from the egmont visitor center (around 30 minutes driving). The parking lot is wide. I really love that the hotel provided me with several type rubbish bin inside the room so that I could sort my trash into the right bin.
