The value for money of the hotel exceeded my expectations. The attention of the staff, especially Lucy, very good and always ready to help with requests. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location of the hotel is excellent, close to shops and in front of a bus stop.

Peter as the host was very nice and friendly. The lodge is close to airport and convenient for a next day traveling outside of Christchurch. The rooms were clean, modern spacious and perfect with everything you need! Laundry and dryer are also free to use. Our family travelled and stayed in NZ for 14 days. We all loved here and considered here to be the best!

Excellent service from Elliott and Ben overnight. They drove me to the airport a few times to pick up some logistical issues and we're incredibly friendly and welcoming. A great first impression to coming into the country. My wife and I had our flights delayed and we didn't get in until 2 am and they gave us a late check-out until 12 at no extra charge. We overslept and missed breakfast but the chef specially made our toddler scrambled eggs. They even offered to take me and my wife to the local pharmacy to get some supplies for our baby. Overall the service was very sweet and caring. We'll be back. Customer service to be proud of!
