2 story home surrounded by a mini forest, full of beautiful trees, plants, flowers, ponds with goldfish, alpacas. The exquisite views are a extra bonus, breakfast with the host is a great learning for both them and us and a great way to meet others whom had came from the UK and Germany. Bedroom is filled with antique tea set, bed is sturdy and comfortable as we were a bit skeptical being larger women. The highlight is the super powerful shower that feels like a massage whilst showering, temperature is very hot but all can be adjusted by the adjuster, pull out fully for a super powerful massage shower or push in to soften the pressure of the shower. Has a pool but was too cold to try. Everyone needs to visit this place to enjoy nature at its best and appreciate the hard work that this family has put in to create a space to relax and enjoy. Can be in hamilton in 5 mins, so extra bonus being so close. Search for the street instead of the address otherwise you'll waste time going on a merry go round and get frustrated.

The place was excellent. It had everything we need to cook, dine in, lounge to relax, and comfy beds to sleep in. Shower was good and the bathroom was clean. Stunning greeneries all around and my puppies were welcome here. They've a friendly dog and horse that made the place even more welcoming.

Beautiful peaceful setting. Conveniently located for access to both Hamilton and Cambridge. An excellent two night stay within the cosy clean environment. A range of breakfast foods provided in the fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast choices that were available from the fridge/ pantry; toast, eggs, granola and a small range of spreads. Perfect space to escape to with my small dog.

The location. This standalone cottage is beautifully nestled in Tamahere countryside. The room design is aesthetically pleasing with all amenities (except TV, which was not a priority anyway). The room is compact but beautifully designed with a pull down attic ladder that leads to another bed upstairs.

    It was very private and there was ample parking. I was able to come and go without disturbing anyone. The small house itself is immaculate and private. Everything one needs for a comfortable stay is included. I liked that it is eco friendly. The solar charged fairy lights in the evening to light the way is very helpful.

    Really great breakfast options provided. Nice and private use of house, separate from owner's home. Off street parking and rural outlook. Close to the motorway and was conveniently located on our way to the Waikato River cycle trail. Small selection of nice shops not far away. Very clean new house. We did not use the hobbit sleep out.

    Full Breakfast was provided which included bacon and eggs,freshly cooked bread and other delicious morsels.The hosts were very friendly and allowed us full use of TV Room and their kitchen.The house was a large stately house which was beautifully furnished and surrounded by gardens. Good parking. Everything was very clean.
