Perfect stay - the place is very beautiful and authentic. The location is right in the middle of old town, making it super easy to explore beautiful Nizwa. The hotel is very comfortable and has all you need. But most importantly the staff are so welcoming and helpful. I had problem with arriving very late, but Ammar was always in contact and let me in. He and all of the other people were super helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend.

The place is absolutely magical, the location is perfect in a center of Nizwa with amazing roof top view of the whole city to enjoy the sunsets which are breath taking, a lot of options for food around. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

If you are looking to stay at Nizwa, don't search any further. This is such a beautiful stay located right at the city centre, just a stone's throw away front the main attractions. It was very comfortable and the hosts were super friendly. It is perfect for a family vacation.

The apartment felt like home from the start. It was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The furniture and facilities were of high quality and from the apartment we had an overview over the yard that we utilized for parking. The location was good as well within walking distance to the souq and fort. Will definitely book the same apartment the next time we visit the lovely town of Nizwa. We even got complimentary snacks as a surprise. And received a very helpful and friendly service regarding payment from the owner, thank you.

Everything was just perfect. Very modern and well equipped apartment. Host was very responsive. Historical center was within walking distance (600m).

Fantastic apartment 15 minutes walk from the center. Very spacious, large bedrooms with private bathrooms. Very clean, thick towels, equipped with every luxury. Definitely recommended if you are in NIzwa. Good host.
