We felt home directly, everyone was so lovely with us!! We stayed in one of the little houses, the AC works well so as the shower and the WiFi. The breakfast is changing every day with some local specialities to try, and taken in the beautiful garden close to the mansion. They packed some breakfast for us when we started a visit at 5am. We received the best advice on how to visit the island, including what to do to climb the volcano Hibok Hibok (you need a guide and a permit). Everything felt like a little tropical paradise, and really authentic compared to other places we have been in the Philippines. We also found an amazing and affordable restaurant 2 minutes away, we went back 3 times (Tambayan Sa Kanto Tuna Restaurant) Thank you for having us, we will come back for sure!

Hank is an excellent host, with great tips and advice. The duplex was spotless (I saw ours being cleaned for 2 Hrs after we checked out) with a cool terrace and cooking facilities for long stay residents. The gardens and birds were cared for daily and also near impeccable. Air-conditioning was not too noisy. Excellent resturant is just opposite. Short walk to a relatively active Ktv bar. I would not hesitate to book again - Terrific value

The resort is amazing, very well manteined in every detail. The staff is very welcoming and nice, always happy to support. Alex and Romain, the owners, welcomed us like old friends, making us feel at home. We have also been very lucky as we were the only two guests temporarily hosted in the resort, so we had the chance to enjoy it a lot.

An unforgettable honeymoon experience! We had an incredible stay at Balihao Resort and Restaurant during our honeymoon. The facilities are outstanding — the design, decoration, and natural surroundings are truly one of a kind and create a magical atmosphere. From the very first moment, the staff went above and beyond to make everything easy and enjoyable for us. Their service was simply exceptional. We were also lucky enough to meet the owners and learn more about this beautiful and unique project — it made the experience even more meaningful. And last but not least, the food was top quality. We highly recommend trying the pork belly — absolutely delicious! Thank you for making our honeymoon so special. We’ll never forget it!

We loved this place so much! Ray the host is very accommodating and friendly, he is a pleasure to be around. You could chat to him for hours, he has so many great stories to tell. The location- pwedi kang mag relapse sa subrang tahimik haha tho it’s a little bit far from the city but if you want a perfect place to relax and feel the province life in the island I think Pacos Homestay is a perfect place to stay. The Room - pwedi kang magluto if bet mo magluto iba pa din paglutong bahay diba. Char! naubusan lang talaga budget pambili ng cooked ulam 😂 They have a kitchenware so you can cook anytime you want. The owner/Manager - Hospitable and a good entertainer and also approachable.
