We LOVED everything about Grand Hyatt. Best hotel you can book! Beds are so comfortable, great facilities, 24/7 gym, beautiful spa area and excellent staff. From Matt checking us in, Genesis and Ivy warm welcome every morning for breakfast, Maricel on floor 6 and Shiela for the fantastic massage! I would recommend this hotel to everyone

Especially Sheila Acao (we left crocs kid shoes - contacted the housekeeping and spoken to Sheila as we already back home in Davao and offered to send this via LBC; my family were grateful for her extended service).
