The operational manager Mary was very accommodating and went over and beyond the expectations we had.She was all the way down there for us till we left and was always a phone click away in all our needs. House was very clean at arrival, and host was on time and friendly. All appliances were in good working order, and WiFi was provided. Nice outside area, as well on ground floor as a balkony to sit when the weather is less good. 2 full bathrooms is a luxury in a house like this!

Communication with the owner was easy. Checking in and checking out is easy peasy too! The location is just a stone throw away from the mall itself. Very convenient! And if you ran out of supplies when the mall is closed there are stores around that are open 24/7. The flat itself is rather cute and well kept. Very clean everywhere from the lobby, communal spaces and surrounding areas! The staff are always courteous and helpful. We totally enjoyed our stay here. My in-laws were impressed with the whole experience. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at Kingsgord Hotel in Manila. The room was big and very clean and I really liked the bed and the pillows. The hotel is located close to the airport in a new city area. Not much around, except other luxury hotels and casino. The staff was very friendly with me. I would definitely recommend it!
