Everything you need, in a nicely fitted out apartment. Friendly and helpful. Really quite comfortable, in a local neighborhood. Also worth mentioning a great cafe down the road (Bambusa) and a nice little bakery in the other direction at the intersection on the way to the highway. You can walk into Liloan to the supermarket etc if you like - takes 20 min to half an hour depending on how fast you walk. Some may find the location a bit remote, but I really enjoyed my time.

Fast Internet connection, comfortable bed, free water, complimentary welcoming coffee, security of the room, possibility of renting car/motorbike on site, safe and friendly neighbourhood .....and above all the kindness of all the staff; they even cooked for me a special delicious chicken adobo delivered to my room after I enquired about Philippines dishes. The privacy and the quiet environment. The balcony view is so relaxing, most esp at night. The location is also close to the Golf course that we went and that made the trip for golfing shorter.

Although in a very ordinary location, the hotel was wonderful, just refurbished and clean and smelled amazing. The aircon worked well. Staff were sensational and helpful and breakfast was great, they have a restaurant onsite, plus a water machine and free tea and coffee in the reception area and free shuttle to airport topped it off. Not in best area to walk at night but grab out not expensive. Minor thing was no hot water but in this heat who needs that?

Amazing place! Everything's new and clean, and quiet. Many shelves and plenty of space next to the bed, has power outlets, lights and privacy curtains. Grab to the airport took around 5 mins and cost 100 PHP, took the taxi just 5 mins to arrive at 3am. Might be tricky to find though - they are located in Kienen Hills Condominium. Go in and the staff will direct you to the right floor in the building.
