Exceeded my expectations. The Hotel is super new, in a region that seems to be still developing. The room is great, the pool with a view of the sea and a great private beach. The staff was great, always very polite and helpful. There is a bakery inside the hotel which is wonderful for an afternoon snack.

Accommodation/room: The room and the sanitary facilities were clean and functional. The air conditioning worked well. There were small snacks and a mini bar in the room (for a fee). We had very nice room with river/lake view. The room has smart home functions like aitomatic curtains and lights. The beds were sooooo comfortable. The best beds we had so far in the Philippines. The bathroom was big and also very clean. I can fully recommend this hotel.

    We were greeted with welcome drinks, smiling and courteous staff and the lush greenery. We like that it has a beach front and has activities for free. There is an ample parking area. We love their breakfast choices. Beddings and pillows are comfortable. We requested for extra towels and toiletries and it was delivered to us as soon as possible. The room was big and so as the toilet. The local band at dinner time that hops from one table to another makes it more memorable for us.

    The only redeeming quality was the one guard at the parking lot who arranged a shuttle for us to get to the check in counter, and the staff who genuinely are capable but lack the proper training, guidance and management that is to be expected of a pricey hotel.
