Aesthetics of the house is really nice. A quiet place just to chill and bond with family and friends. Boy, the caretaker is friendly and assited us well. Super big pool. Clean and comfy rooms. Complete kitchen tools and equipment - from griller, brick oven, stove (except for microwave and toaster). If you're looking for a place just to talk, eat, relax, this homestead is perfect. I really enjoyed my stay here. I got a complimentary small box of brownies aside from the quality toiletries and bottles of drinking water. They even have slippers, steam iron and hanging rack for clothes, and a small kitchen counter with sink. The only thing missing is a trash bin for the dining area, although they have also provided trash bags.

Everything is exceptional. Even Tiyo (caretaker) very friendly and helpful. The owner also is very accommodating and responsive. They even help us look for Lucban Longganisa and delivered to our villa. Plus the free Mangos :)) . If u found negative feedback on google reviews especially those flies etc its a lie (hindi sya malangaw at all)

The house was spacious and equipped with all the amenities you’d expect from a home away from home. There’s a small pool, approximately 2 x 4 meters in size, with a depth ranging from 3 to 5 meters. A BBQ can be arranged for an additional cost of PHP 500. There is 6 deposit of Php1000 per day. The location is peaceful and private, making it an ideal retreat. Jason was exceptionally helpful from the moment we inquired about the location, accommodating our early check-in request with kindness and respect. He even assisted us during our stay when we needed help. The house was clean and smelled wonderful, with enough space to comfortably accommodate 10 people. The master bedroom had its own small ensuite and natural light, while the other two bedrooms were lit by artificial light only. Entertainment was well-covered, with access to karaoke and Netflix, plus a good internet connection that kept everything running smoothly. We were provided with four towels, along with sufficient shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. There’s a manual washing machine available for use, as well as a cooking range, water dispenser, and water gallons. Parking was convenient, with space available for our car, and an additional lot nearby for visitors or a secondary vehicle. Overall, it felt like we didn’t miss anything; it was truly a home away from home with all the necessary facilities. Plus, they have a partner restaurant that delivers food to the house. There are also convenience marts and a local retail shop nearby for any small errands..
