Everything was exceptional, from the location, to the most incredible views from the roof terrace, home made food and finally the owner Ahmed who genuinely cares about his guests and knows how to create a memorable guest experience. He also did a bbq dinner for me which made my stay even more memorable. Thank you Ahmed, you are a true host with a big heart. I look forward to return and to resume my travels in Kashmir soon. Next time I will be booking the deluxe room (which was unfortunately occupied) which has the most incredible views and a private terrace. The location to approach is perfect, but it's like a dark cell, with no view of the outside. I was in Muzaffarabad, and with this hefty per-night rate, there should have been a view outside the room, but there wasn't.
